This Privacy Policy explains how RentZentro (RentZentro, we, our, or us) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, applications, and related services (the Service).

Tenants may choose to receive text messages about their tenancy, such as rent reminders, payment confirmations, late-rent notices, and maintenance status updates. Consent is optional, is never a condition of renting, and is given by the tenant themselves in their own RentZentro tenant portal by entering their mobile number and checking the text-message consent box; the agreement is recorded with a timestamp and the wording the tenant agreed to. Landlords cannot enable text messages on a tenant’s behalf. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out at any time, START, YES, or UNSTOP to opt back in, and HELP or INFO for help. Full details are on our text message program page.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information are subject to the sharing terms described in this policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
Phone numbers and messaging consent are used only to deliver the tenancy notices described above. We share them solely with the telecommunications provider that delivers the messages on our behalf, and only for that delivery.

RentZentro uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel and the Google Ads tag to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand how visitors reach our website. These tools set cookies and collect device and connection information, page interactions, and conversion events such as completed sign-ups. They do not collect rent amounts, lease terms, tenant names, payment card numbers, or bank account details.
These tools are blocked by default in regions that require consent for advertising cookies (the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Canada). In those regions they do not load and no advertising measurement data is sent. Outside those regions they load to measure advertising effectiveness. Visitors in consent regions cannot opt in from RentZentro because the tools simply do not load there; to control Meta’s or Google’s advertising tracking more broadly, use the controls in your own Meta or Google account or browser.
We retain data as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.
